In addition to my work with Finnish companies, I held export sales roles in two Norwegian companies. As an independent entrepreneur, I assisted Finnish businesses in establishing operations and entering the Norwegian market.
I also authored a guide for the Finnish Foreign Trade Association entitled: The Impact of Cultural Differences Between Norway and Finland on Bilateral Trade: Experiences from Finnish-Norwegian Business Cooperation. As part of this project, I interviewed 45 CEOs and Board Chairpersons in Norway regarding their experiences of Finnish-Norwegian business collaboration.
